When using our *LOTION* and *OIL* products, please follow these steps:

- *DO NOT* mix entire lotion and oil in a bottle.
- Instead, mix a small amount of oil and cream in the palm of your hand on *EACH USE*
- Rub the mixture onto your skin with each use.
